How credits are deducted, refunded, and handled during image processing.

How Credits Are Used

  • One credit equals one image processing attempt.
  • Credits are reserved before processing starts.
  • Credits are consumed only for successful processing.

Automatic Credit Refunds

Validation Failure (88% Rule)

Image rejected if product does not meet frame requirement. Image is not processed, and credit is automatically refunded.

Technical / System Errors

Processing errors, timeouts, or system failures result in an automatic credit refund. No manual request required.

Bulk Processing Refunds

When processing multiple images, credits are handled per individual image result. Partial refunds for failed images in a batch are automatic.

Example: 10 images uploaded | 7 successful → 7 credits used | 3 failed → 3 credits refunded

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Successfully processed images.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with results.
  • Poor input quality that passes validation checks.
  • Credits already consumed.
  • Free or promotional credits.

Good input results in good output.

No Manual Refund Requests

Refunds are handled automatically by the system. We do not support manual refund requests. Successfully processed images cannot be refunded.

Credit Refunds vs Payment Refunds

Credit refunds are handled instantly inside Seller Studio.

Money refunds are handled by Razorpay only.

Seller Studio does not issue direct cash refunds.

Fair Usage & Abuse Prevention

Repeated misuse of refunds, invalid uploads, or attempts to bypass validation rules may lead to account restrictions or suspension. We monitor usage to ensure fairness for all sellers.
