Rules and conditions for using Seller Studio.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Seller Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Seller Studio website, dashboard, and related services.
02. Description of Service
- Seller Studio is an automated image-processing platform designed to enhance user-uploaded product photos into clean, professional, marketplace-ready images.
- Seller Studio processes real product photos only.
- Seller Studio does not create or fake new products.
- All processing is performed by automated systems; no human or manual photo editing is provided.
- Output quality depends heavily on input image quality.
03. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Seller Studio. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- All activity under your account.
- The content you upload to the Service.
Seller Studio is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
04. Credit System & Usage
- Seller Studio operates on a credit-based system.
- 1 credit = 1 image processing attempt.
- Credits are temporarily reserved (deducted) before processing begins and are only permanently consumed upon successful processing.
- Credits are consumed only for successful processing.
- Credits do not expire, unless otherwise stated.
05. Image Requirements & Validation
To ensure optimal results, uploaded images must meet basic requirements:
- Product must be clearly visible and in focus
- Proper lighting and correct product angle
- Product must be the primary subject
- Product must cover approximately 88% of the image frame (longest side)
Images that fail validation checks may be rejected before or during processing.
06. Processing Outcomes
Successful Processing
Image was fully processed → Credit permanently consumed → Download available.
Validation Failure
Fails compliance check → Not processed → Credit automatically refunded.
Technical / System Failure
System error or malfunction → Refund issued → Resubmit if needed.
Subjective disqualification such as "bad shot quality" may not qualify for refunds.
07. Bulk Processing Terms
- Bulk uploads are processed sequentially in the background.
- Credits are handled per image.
- Partial failures result in partial credit refunds.
- Processing priority depends on your selected plan.
- Seller Studio does not guarantee instant completion of bulk jobs.
08. Image Storage & Retention
Processed images are stored temporarily to allow downloads. Retention duration depends on your plan.

After retention expiry, files may be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Users are responsible for downloading results within the retention window.
09. Marketplace Disclaimer
Seller Studio images are designed to meet common marketplace main-image guidelines.
However:
- Marketplace approval is not guaranteed.
- Final approval depends on the marketplace, category, and seller account.
- Seller Studio is not responsible for listing rejections.
10. Prohibited Usage
- Upload illegal, stolen, or copyrighted content
- Attempt to bypass validation or credit systems
- Abuse refunds or automated retries
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
11. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Refund handling is governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Seller Studio does not issue direct cash refunds for successful processing.
12. Limitation of Liability
Seller Studio is provided "as-is" and "as available." We are not liable for: Marketplace rejections; loss of sales or business; indirect or consequential damages; user input errors or misuse. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
Seller Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: Abuse; Fraud; Violation of these Terms. Credits remaining in suspended accounts may be forfeited.
14. Changes to Service & Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
